If in some rare circumstance you may need to cancel your order, the following are guidelines and procedures you need to know and follow.
  • Call RandRProducts.com at 1-877-745-5794 as soon as possible.
  • Obtain a cancellation number. This number will be issued by our customer service representative. All orders cancelled must have a cancellation number. Do not email your request; you must talk to our customer service department to obtain a cancellation number.
  • If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the shipping including the cost to return the order.
  • A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders.




Return Policy

  • There are no returns on special order flooring, trim and maintenance items as we cannot return these products to our suppliers. No returns on promotional products such as overstock and weekly specials.
  • We can accept returns on 3 or more cartons of stocking product. The product must be received in the original cartons and must be factory sealed in its original condition.
  • You must obtain a return a authorization number from our office by calling customer service (1-877-745-5794) prior to making a return. No returns will be accepted without and authorization number and after 30 days from your order date. You will be responsible to pay all return material shipping charges. There will be a 30% restocking fee and a 3 percent charge card fee on all returned merchandise.
  • When the returned material has been received, inspected and meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue you a credit or a refund. This process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the date the returned material was received.
