Shipping Policy

Your order will generally be processed within 24 hours of when it is receieved. You will receive an email and a shopping cart order number at the time you place your order. When the order has been processed and packaged it will be picked up by our freight carrier. We will email you a tracking number so you can track your order as it is being shipped to you. The order should take between 4 and 10 business days to arrive at your location.

Your flooring order can be shipped to your home or business or you may pick it up at the trucking terminal. Unless you specifiy on your order, in the special instructions section that you will pickup, your order will be shipped to the address specified on your shopping cart order. Your order will be shipped on a custom pallet, designed by to protect your product from damage during shipping.

The freight carrier will contact you prior to delivering your product and establish an approximate time of delivery. You must have someone at the delivery site to assist in unloading your order. The truck driver will take the product to the back of the truck and hand off cartons of the product to you. You will be responsible for placing the product in your home. The driver will not put the product in your home for you. Putting the product inside the home is called inside delivery and would be an additional charge which is not included with your order. This inside delivery charge would be the responsibility of the customer.

The person accepting the delivery must inspect the product for damage and be sure they have received the quantity ordered. In the unlikely event the product has been damaged in transit, it must be written on the on the shipper as damaged and the quantity that was damaged. The shipper must be signed by you and the driver before the driver leaves the delivery location. This will allow us to initiate a corrective action to replace the material to you and for us to be properly reimbursed by the freight company. It is your responsibility to note any product damage and sign the shipper indicating that damage. You must not sign the paperwork until the order has been thoroughly inspected.

In the event of damage, you should call our customer service at 1-877-745-5794 and report the damage immediately so we can put in motion the corrective action needed.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from R&R Products. Please see the policy below in the event you need to return items to R&R Products

Flooring Returns
It is recommended that you keep 1-3 cartons of flooring after you complete your job for any future repair needs in case that flooring is no longer available.

  • Accessories can't be returned including trim, underlayment, glue etc
  • Ceramic tile can't be returned
  • We can accept returns on 5 or more cartons of flooring given that it is unopened and not damaged in any way
  • You will need to get a return authorization from our office prior to making a return. You can get a return authorization up to 30 days of the receipt of your order. No returns allowed after 30 days.
  • You will be responsible for any return shipping charges
  • If you decide to return any part of, or your entire order, you would be responsible to pay the *actual original shipping charges, the return shipping charges, and any applicable restocking fee which usually ranges from 15% - 30% .
